Small Forézienne house and its green setting

Forézienne house in pisé, large landscaped green space, less than 10 km from A89, near Bâtie d'Urfé, Pommiers, Volerie du Forez, 1 hour from Lyon or Clermont Ferrand, 20 minutes from Montbrison (most beautiful market in France 2019) 50 minutes from St Etienne. Very popular for a stop on the way to vacation or stays: visits to the Roannais and Forez heritage, plain or Forez mountain hikes, discovery of Forezian gastronomy. A relaxation area for young and old, swings for children. See you soon... The space Atypical accommodation, completely renovated with attic rooms, presence of large beams and low height in some parts of the floor, out of respect for the authenticity and conservation of the original architecture of this Forézienne house. Entire and independent accommodation. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with fans. Parking space. Private entrance to the accommodation. The accommodation is vacant for one day between stays for sanitary measures. Garden tables and chairs are available in different places to enjoy meals or relaxation outside. Lounge area with sun loungers. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: stairs to access the rooms and a few steps to enjoy the park. I do not charge a cleaning fee but I ask that the house be left clean and tidy, dishes done (broom, vacuum, products available: basic household products, household alcohol, bleach, white vinegar, disinfectant wipes) The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster. Linens, towels, toiletries, tea towels and household products are provided. Traveler's binder available with tourist information, tours (for young and old), hikes, heritage discoveries, Forézienne gastronomy... Board games, books for adults and children allow you to disconnect from screens (no television). A baby kit is available for children under 2 years, at a cost of €10 for the duration of the stay (folding baby bed + mattress topper + fitted sheet + blanket + shower sheet + high chair) to be requested before the start of the stay and to be paid on arrival. Guest access Green space shared with the owner but large enough to allow everyone independence. Possibility of dining outside. Lounge area with sun loungers. Swing set for children (under the supervision and responsibility of parents) Children are not allowed to access the vegetable garden and the river.
