It is located in one of the most popular areas near Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee, where you can find many cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment has been renovated with great attention to detail and offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space Enjoy the beauty of a restored historic building on the side wing’s second level. The apartment is bright (facing south) and has a wonderful view of the open and spacious green backyards. The apartment is fully equipped: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, wooden floor and furniture. There is a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy: it has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction stove with two plates, a kettle, a coffee machine and more. You have free access to fast internet (Wlan). It is very stable and reliable in case you need it for work. Guest access The whole apartment will be for your exclusive use. You will not share the space and have total privacy. Other things to note You can check in from 4 pm (16:00) onwards. If you come before that time, I will try to accommodate an early check-in. Even if the cleaners are not done yet when you arrive, you can leave your luggage and take the keys. This is after 11 AM. If you need extra bed linen and towels, please let me know before your arrival. Extra bed linen and towels cost 10 euros per person.
