Protea Loft Cottage nestles under the branches of an old tree. Protea is the top unit of two cottages in a large garden. An airy open plan space, stylishly decorated with your comfort in mind. Open the sliding doors, sit back onto the comfy couch, and look out over the garden and swimming pool. My place is close to mountain contour paths, cliff paths, and beaches. You’ll love my place because it is peaceful, comfortable, has a beautiful sea view and is safe. The space We have a comprehensive SOLAR & BATTERY BACKUP SYSTEM + Gas Geysers. Protea Cottage is an airy beautiful open space with gorgeous mountain and sea views. It is situated on a large property in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. It has two timber decks, one overlooking the garden and pool with sea vistas and a larger "breakfast deck" overlooking the mountain. Situated in Voelklip, an area with numerous swimming beaches. Some large and sandy and others - hidden coves - all within a comfortable 15-minute walk from the cottage. You will have access to a spacious & lush garden surrounding the swimming pool area. Go and lie on the lawn, or sit at the giant picnic table under the trees. There are 4 comfortable sunloungers and large umbrellas on the sundeck for your exclusive enjoyment. You are invited to kick off your shoes, pick up your book, and relax. Guest access Our property has a perimeter wall with an electric gate for access to the parking area. Either myself or Sam will be available to welcome you, or you can collect the key from the lockbox on the outside wall. I will send you detailed instructions via whats app before your check-in. Other things to note Protea Cottage has an extensive SOLAR & BACK-UP BATTERY SYSTEM - which makes us independent of the Power Utility Supplier. We have a fast Wifi & Internet service - powered by fiber. Finally, the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, and an important Bodum French Coffee press as well as an NESPRESSO coffee maker.
