Bright 3-bedroom apartment opening onto a large 30 m2 south-facing terrace, private parking in a secure courtyard. The apartment is very well-equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed above, + 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. The separate kitchen has everything you need. Shower room with 2 basins. Small shops 200 m away, beautiful park with children's games at the gate. St Malo Intra Muros is a 25-minute walk away, the Port and Solidor Tower are 10 minutes away. The space Rated 3* by the Haute-Bretagne, Ille-et-Vilaine Departmental Tourism Committee. Its privileged location in a quiet area allows you to do everything on foot or by bus: Port de Solidor is a 10-minute walk away, beaches are less than 600 m away, there's a park with children's games at the door, all shops are less than 200 m away and there's a market twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can also walk to Intra-Muros in 25 minutes by walking along the Bas-Sablons beach. Otherwise, it is possible to take the bus, which stops 250 m away and will take you directly to the foot of the castle and ramparts. The terrace is equipped with a square teak table with umbrella, garden furniture, and 2 deck chairs. I attach great importance to the cleanliness of the premises.
