Very pleasant to live in the village is 2 minutes by bike (Bangor) with shops, café (grocery store and market (Sunday morning, with organic products) The 3000 m2 garden is very pleasant with stone terrace, unobstructed view and beautiful trees! private terrace upstairs, very nice for sunbathing, or watching shooting stars!! PLEASE NOTE HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED The space This house is ideal for families and friends, all the comforts and very bright thanks to its interior skylight. Very comfortable TV lounge. The dormitory is a magical place for children or older children with its private terrace. The garden lends itself to all outdoor games, kite flying, pétanque, football, badminton... a charming place to enjoy this island that bears its name so well... IMPORTANT REMINDERS: HEATING NOT INCLUDED, TO BE PAID AT THE END OF THE STAY ACCORDING TO GUEST CONSUMPTION the price of the stay does not include sheets and towels, you can contact Nathalie Delacroix who also takes care of the rental of sheets, duvet covers, towels etc... and delivers them to the door, to be paid outside the Airbnb site, a kit of sheets is around €30 per week our duvets are 240/220. Other things to note During your stay, you can contact Nathalie Delacroix who will be on site to help you with anything. any broken item (it happens, don't panic!) must be reported to me or Nathalie and replaced if necessary by guests. the furniture must be put back in place check that no personal items are left in the cupboards I count on guests to respect this place and its environment, as well as the consumption: water and electricity.
