This farmhouse is surrounded by 6 acres of private land actively farmed. Map drops you at the door. The space Fiber optic 25MBPS broadband with multiple routers for work from home. Mobile range is good - 5 to 15 mbps data speed on mobile network. RO + UV (40 TDH) filtered water available. Hand wash, Tooth Paste, Hair Oil, Air Freshners, Soap, Shampoo sachet, Toilet paper roll is provided. Bedding available for 20 people. 40 mins from Ambabai temple (20 km door to door) and 20 mins from Pune - Bangalore highway (12 km). Fridge, TV + Tata Sky, Microwave is available. Note: The cost can be customized for bigger events other than just stay as per the need. Guest access The road speed is 60-70 km/hr from highway to farmhouse so very good condition. Map location drops you at the gate. Just follow the route. Last 300 meter is unpaved road once you cross a lake on right. Please don’t get confuse when on that rough unpaved road. Once we agree your stay then you are our GUEST, NOT CUSTOMER. This is a beautiful place we built in our inherited farming land that we want to share the experience with all of you. That helps us to maintain this property and gives some jobs to local staff. Since the owner of this property himself is IT professional and stayed abroad for 15+ years, this whole “business” to share joy is completely out of passion. We are reputed family in our village therefore we maintain class to every act. We don’t mind guest having drinks and non-veg food but dignity is vital during the joy.
