The Seabirds #2 on Semat Beach Jepara

The SEABIRDS at Semat Beach is a only 10 minutes by car from city center Jepara. it consist of 2 units apartment style. Each unit has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Living and Dining area and kitchenette. And its own Deck Terrace. The space Located on ground floor with direct access to the garden from wooden deck terrace, guests can walk 20meter to the beach via pathway. Each unit has one bedroom, bathroom with double vanity and rain shower, A living and dining area with kitchenette for simple cooking. A refrigerator, Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Guest access RULES AND CONDITION ACCESS: The house is available FROM 2 PM and must be free by 11 AM. Arrival after 10pm must be informed in advance. RESTRICTION : It is not allowed to smoke inside the house. It is not allowed to have parties, and definitely no drugs. The House is for maximum 2 person, please do not exceed this limit. Other things to note The nearest restaurant is 3km from the house. My house keeper can cook dinner but have to inform 1 day in advance. the cost for dinner (bbq fish and soup) is 75,000 per person.
