Our home is conveniently positioned with all major tour groups & airport transfers providing services direct to your front door, you will enjoy free WIFI, a bathroom and kitchenette for your exclusive use. The guest suite comfortably accommodates couples or a small family, queen bed in the main bedroom, a lovely sofa in the relaxing lounge area (converts to double bed) . A porta cot available upon request. Note : Extra guests upon 'special request' - fees may apply, negotiable The space The guest suite is private and modern, with all the creature comforts including air conditioning and a smart television in both rooms. Spend your time in the cool inside or relax in one of the two outside areas, comprising outdoor settings and a barbeque. The private entry leads into the kitchenette which contains a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. High quality bedding awaits you at the end of each day and guarantees you'll sleep your nights away in total comfort. Our family home is situated directly above the guest suite so it is a non-smoking area, both inside/out and on the property. Parking onsite is not a problem. Guests Only on Property, Noise Restrictions Apply & No Parties. Guest access Guest suite is fully self-contained and very private. You will have sole, private access to the entire guest suite and will be provided with a key for convenience and security. If you are arriving when we are not home a key will be left in a secure key safe. Main residence is upstairs and we have two young children, we may access garden & lower level garage at rear of property (backyard). Other things to note We specialize in making your stay in Airlie Beach a memorable one, having flexible check-in & check-out times where possible, with the option to leave car/luggage with us whilst exploring The Whitsundays. As a family we enjoy a healthy, 'smoke free' environment. Under local laws there is no smoking permitted inside the guest unit, balcony area or on the property.
