Recent house, warm, well-equipped, terrace with unobstructed south-facing view on flat land, ideal for a game of soccer with the children. The land is not fenced but there is no danger, no traffic. Access is easy. The house is located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from Novalaise (all shops), 5 min from Lake Aiguebelette and its beaches, 50 min from Lyon, 40 min from Annecy, 1h15 from Chamonix Mont-Blanc, many departures for walks, jogging circuits from the house. The space My name is Hélène, I am a mother of 3 boys and the 4 of us live in this house, which I offer for rent for a few weeks in summer. It's a functional, modern, warm and friendly house, designed for family life. It is part of the historical line of Airbnb, namely a house for travelers settling in a home for a while. So, since it's our house, it's not totally impersonal or perfect, there's our imprint even if I depersonalize it as much as possible, in return, you'll find everything you might need including toys, board games, books, soccer cage, basketball hoop, trampoline and ping pong table... We go on vacation during your vacation at our place :). It is therefore not a business for us but a means of financing our holidays. We have 1 cat, Isis, sweet, playful and cuddly, who I have photographed. She is outside and independent, but renting from us means having her with you a little. The end of stay cleaning is to be done. Linens are not included. If you want them, let me know when you book. The pack is 5 euros per person, sheets + towels with tea towels. Otherwise, there are 2 90 cm beds, 1 140 cm bed, 1 160 cm bed and a 120 cm sofa bed. Possibility of putting back into service a 60 x 120 crib, a changing table, a high chair and a folding stroller. Just ask me. There is an electrical outlet outside suitable for electric car charging and accessible. The cost of electricity consumed is at your expense and calculated at the end of your stay. Please specify your intention to use it when booking. We also have 2 paddles, I can for 40 EUR (participation in the right of navigation on the lake) leave them for you to use (inflated or not) for the time of your stay. Other things to note Cleaning is your responsibility, I will take the liberty of specifying what cleaning involves because I had a bad experience that I do not want to repeat. Cleaning involves tidying up/putting back the games/toys taken out, tidying up the house as a whole, not leaving dirty or clean dishes in the dishwasher, collecting the linen, cleaning the bathrooms and toilets, emptying the garbage/recycling/compost, degreasing and cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming and mopping everywhere. Return the garden to the condition you found it in. In short, return the house as you found it. Please respect and not damage the premises.
