Each room is equipped with individual air conditioning and ventilation control. The villa is secure, built on a wooded and flowered plot of 400 m2, there is no one opposite, you will be in peace. SERVICES: - Organize car and motorcycle rental, the price depends on the model of car/motorcycle and its condition - Airport transfer - Tours and activities - Organization of a massage at the villa - Other special requests such as surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged for an additional fee HOUSE RULES: - Security deposit: A security deposit of 12,000 THB (or the equivalent in your currency) must be paid upon check-in and will be returned to you upon check-out. - Smoking is allowed in OUTDOOR areas only, strictly no smoking inside the villa CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: - Check-in time is 3 p.m., check-out time is 11 a.m. - Check-in after 6 p.m. incurs an additional fee of 1,000 baht - Departure before 8 a.m. incurs an additional 1,000 baht - Late check-out incurs a surcharge and is subject to availability on the day of departure. This will be arranged with the attendant.
