The Blue Hill House is a warm colonial home outfitted with all the modern necessities, located in the town of Narrowsburg- two hours north of NYC. It boasts five bedrooms and three baths. A two minute drive to Main street and the Delaware River. Just a 20 minute trip to Woodstock Bethel Woods, Resorts World Catskills Casino, The Kartrite Indoor Waterpark and Big Bear Ski Mountain Resort. The house is situated on two acres. The space A very spacious 3000 sq ft home, with an additional 600 sq ft deck that runs the length of the house. Central Air, heating and cooling throughout. Sub Zero fridge, six range Thermador stove with a pot filler and additional two ovens, perfect for large family meals. Lots of outdoor seating and lounging with a grill and cooler. Large private backyard with a fire pit perfect for smore's! Living spaces all located on the first floor. Living room contains a wood burning fireplace and an upright piano. Lots of board games, including Monopoly, Scrabble, Cards Against Humanity, What do you Meme, Mexican Train, and many many more! Sun room has a 16 foot long sectional that easily sits 10, and access to the deck. First floor also contains a bedroom with an en suite for those with mobility restrictions. Guest access The home contains a Nest Lock Entry System. The code will be set to the last four digits of the phone number of the guest who booked the stay.
