Apartment Bergseite is located in the Berghof apartment complex at an altitude of approximately 900m, directly on the ski slope in winter and on the beautiful hiking trails in summer. The slopes and hiking trails are directly connected to the Hartkaiserbahn. This takes you to one of the largest ski areas in Austria, SkiWelt Wilderkaiser-Brixental with no less than 280 kilometers of slopes for every level. The Kitzbuhler Alps are just around the corner, where you can enjoy 170 kilometers of slopes. The space Lovely cozy fully renovated two-room apartment for up to 4 people. You look straight at 1 of the many ski slopes. The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. As soon as you step through the front door, you are in 1 of the 2 rooms. This room has a bunk bed (2x90cmx200cm) and has direct access to the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and closet for towels. The second room is the living / bedroom, where you will find a sitting area with sofa, coffee table, folding 2-person bed (180cmx200cm), dining table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Finally, after a wonderful day you can watch the sun go down while having a drink on the balcony. Guest access Key procedure: The rental is arranged from the Netherlands. In front of the entrance of the complex are key safes that can be opened with a code. Just before your arrival, you will receive the key locker code from me by email. Please note that returning the key correctly is also covered by the security deposit. Other things to note Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: An additional €85,00 will be charged for this. You will see this reflected in the cost specification as "cleaning costs". Tourist tax: The tourist tax is €2,50 per person per day for persons over 15 years old. Depending on the number of persons you will have to transfer this amount to us separately, since this is not possible via AirBNB. We will also send you a form which you need to fill in, so we can register you as a tourist.
