Check-in time is set and not flexible—thank you for your understanding. ・Please kindly tell us your estimated arrival time in advance. ① Information of registered guests should be necessarily submitted. Please submit guest information via a URL that we send you after booking and make sure you have completed submission before check-in. ② The place for receiving the key is the first floor of the building. We will send you the information on how to receive the the day before your check-in day, please make sure to check beforehand. ③After entering the room, please complete the check-in process promptly. Use the tablet provided inside the room to follow the check-in procedure. 【Room use】 Please make yourself at home during your stay. It is not allowed to use any items and amenities provided outside the house. Please do not bring any items back home with you after check-out. Other things to note ○ No smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property including the roof and balcony 〇Parking There is no parking area that belongs to the property. Therefore, our guests need to park their cars at a coin-operated parking nearby. The use of illegal drug is strictly prohibited 9. Any partying is strictly prohibited 10. Please make sure you do not bring any items of the property outside, except for the portable wifi. You can take the portable wifi with you when you go out during your stay. 11. Only the registered guests are allowed to enter the apartment. 12.
