A light-flooded living space

This separate non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor above our garages and can be reached via the terrace and a staircase. We live in a very quiet location in the popular Geist district. Bus connection, shopping, bakery incl. Cafe, pharmacy, pub, Italian restaurant, kiosk and Clemenshospital all within walking distance. Highway connection is excellent. The train station can be reached by bus (lines 1,4,9). Street parking is available. The space The apartment is bright☀️, individual, smoke- and animal hair-free and designed with love and really quiet through the garden to the back and the remote location. In the kitchenette there is a mini oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, as well as dishes and cutlery. Guest access The accommodation 🏡 is basically a one-room apartment with a small kitchenette in the anteroom (without a stove, but equipped with coffee, tea, sink, toaster, mini oven, dishes and fridge), and a bathroom. Our guests stay completely separate from us. Other things to note An ashtray is available for smokers downstairs outside. Smoking is not allowed inside the property🚭. 🪴 Please only use the terrace and garden after consultation with us.
