Excellent location ! Open plan living Studio in the centre of Roses between Carrer Sant Elm and Av. de Rhode . On the 4th floor, with elevator access and Internet. It faces Roses' main street (St Elm) . NOTE: It does not have sea views. Within 3 mins. walk to retail stores, beaches, tourist district, restaurants/bars. The Spar supermarket is on ground level of the building. Paid and free parking options near the studio and around Roses. A small house-trained dog allowed with prior approval. The space The Studio has natural light from it's large sliding windows. It is open space living, with practical and comfortable furnishings. The Studio is equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, fantastic electric coffee maker/thermos, toaster, kettle. The unique wardrobe has ample space for guests' personal items. It is also where the First Aid kit, iron and mini ironing board are kept. I also provide a fold-up chair for use in the beach or the loft. The double bed is comfortable with great views and natural light. There is a dining/workspace area as well as a wall mounted television (local channels only). The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shower products, soap and hand cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. The small sized washing machine is perfect for small washes. Basic food items, cutlery, tableware, as well as towels and bed linen provided, at no extra expense. Guest access The building has a lift, as well as stair access to all levels. There are no common zones. Guests have the Studio to themselves. There is no parking in the building, however there are other parking alternatives of paid and free public parking near and around the Studio’s location. PLEASE NOTE: During the summer months, these parking lots are very popular, especially the free parking options. So allow additional travelling time to secure a parking space. Check in is from 12PM onwards (flexible). To allow for thorough cleaning including the use of an Ozone air purifier. Check out by 12PM (noon). Can be flexible upon request (24 hrs notice). The Studio is equipped with: linen sheets, towels, bedspreads, duvets, cleaning items for the kitchen and bathroom. You will also find a hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, an iron and ironing board for clothes. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It has a ceiling fan plus a remote control rotating tower fan , also the large windows allow the loft to be cool in summer. For the cooler months, I provide an electric heater and appropriate warm bed linen, including winter bed sheets, blankets, bed spread. Pet Allowed: A small house-trained dog is allowed with prior notice/agreement before check-in. Other things to note Tourist Licence Number: HUTG – 028051 IMPORTANT: At 'check-in' you will be required to : Complete a 'Guest Register form' (similar to Hotels) to comply with Spain's Tourist Accommodation, Tax and Security Laws. So ensure you have your identification document(s) with you at check-in. I want you to feel at home, that is why I hope that you treat the Studio as if it were yours, responsible with the content and order, and leave it as you found it. The Studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before guests arrive and after guests leave. An Ozone air purifier is used for optimal results. For security reasons, children under 14yrs old not allowed, due to the large sliding windows and the Studio being situated on the 4th floor. You can not smoke inside the Studio. There is a smoke detector in the Studio, as per Airbnb and Spanish Government guidelines. A small extinguisher for electrical fires can be found in the Studio. A larger fire extinguisher is located just outside the Studio, in the common area of the floor. Pet Allowed: A small dog, must be house trained, is allowed. Ask during the booking process regarding this.
