Make our home your home for the winter (Or at least part of it!) by staying at this Newer Built in 2018" Waterfront with gulf access custom 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This property features all the comforts of home with upscale amenities and a private outdoor heated pool with therapeutic jets and lanai as well as a private dock & use of Kayaks. This prime location on the waterfront is just a 5 minutes drive to all the shopping you would ever need (Recently Built Centers) plus two golf courses and restaurants abound. While close to shopping the home is located in a quiet setting away from noise of highways and is adorned by large trees, landscaping and a nice size yard. Image yourself relaxing by the heated pool with an view of the water and wildlife (Manatee's are sometimes spotted, fish are always jumping!), or fishing off the dock for one of Florida's many salt-water fish species (No license needed to fish off the dock) Maybe you want to Kayak down to the mouth of the Myakka River past all the gorgeous water-front homes or take a walk or bike ride down one of the many quiet roads surrounding the home.
