Bungalow with Sea View and Private Beach

This is our weekend home built in the style of a traditional Filipino house. The house has a 180 degree view of the sea and has a private beach a minute's walk down the hill. Book this along with the Bungalow with Own Private Beach and get a discount of P500 per night for each house. The space This is a one-hectare property with two bungalows (all listed) with a private beach. It has a huge garden and is a native tree sanctuary. The property will be exclusively for your use during the duration of your stay. Guest access The guests have access to the garden. Other things to note Things to Keep in Mind: 1. we are two hours drive away from the City in a quiet neighbourhood of a quiet town. 2. please stock up on food and beverages before going because the nearest supermarket is 45 minutes away by bus or car. 3. the property is fenced only on two sides. One side is bordered by a mangrove and the other by the sea. That is why the caretaker will be staying with you the whole duration of your stay. 4. boat rentals/massages/excursion transaction are strictly between the renter and the locals. We can only point you to certain people . 5. We have no internet not because we do not want to but because the currently available service provider leaves much to be desired. 6. Cell phone signal is spotty in the house but will improve as you go out the door and will be strongest by the beach. 7. There are plenty of orchids and flowers all around. Please refrain from picking as these are lovingly cared for by us. 8. Each bungalow has a queen sized bed. Extra bed or foam are provided for the 3rd and 4th guest. 9. Pets are allowed but please have the courtesy to keep their shots and flea treatments up to date. We also have dogs that accompany us when we are there. 10. Pets should be leashed while outside. The property is not fenced on two sides and there are neighbourhood dogs that wander in once in a while especially during meal times.
