Located in a fully renovated chalet, our 4-star "furnished tourist accommodation" apartment in Gérardmer is warm and well-equipped. With an area of 51 square meters, it has a 7 square meter balcony with stunning views of the Vosges Mountains and Lake Gérardmer. The accommodation benefits from an ideal location for skiing or hiking: a few steps from the Mauselaine resort, the starting point for the trails and alpine ski slopes, and very close to the cross-country ski trails. The space You will not want for anything in this 2-room apartment composed of a large living room, a separate bedroom and a mountain corner: this little nest is that of a family of travelers, who like to share, play sports and cook... All with a touch of comfort. It is equipped with electric shutters and connected low-energy heating. Put on your slippers and get settled! The apartment is our family vacation home and we want our guests to feel at home. The ideal accommodation for 4 people, but which can accommodate up to 5 people (extra charge) is organized as follows over 51 square meters: - a spacious entrance with a mountain corner consisting of a bunk bed (two beds of 90 x 200 cm); - one bedroom with a 2-person box bed (140 x 190 cm bed), 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe; - an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher) open to a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200 cm bed with comfortable mattress); For stays of 7 nights minimum, the price includes the provision of matching sheets and towels. For stays of less than 7 nights, bed linens (10 euros per bed) and towels (5 euros for a duo consisting of a 100 x 150 cm bath towel and a 50 x 100 cm small towel) are available for an additional charge payable on site. Flat-screen TV area with children's and family movies available; dining table with 6 chairs; - a bathroom with bathtub and shower screen; bathroom cabinet with 2 sinks; washer-dryer; separate toilet; - in addition, a private balcony of 7 square meters overlooking the lake and the Vosges mountains equipped with two deckchairs, and a garden table with 4 chairs. Access from the living room. Entry to the apartment is on one level through a private entrance door. Two parking spaces complete the package. Non-smoking apartment (except on the balcony) and pets not allowed. In order to respect the quietness of the condominium, we do not host parties. The rental price is set on the basis of normal electricity consumption based on a reading of the apartment's Linky meter at the beginning of the stay.
