Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed and a full-size sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and large outdoor spaces (reserved parking spaces). Guest access Guests will have access to common outdoor spaces, private pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables; possibility of organizing barbecues on summer evenings. Supplies included: - linens: sheets and towels in a set per person/week, kitchen towels; - end-of-stay cleaning; - all utilities and equipment of the house (parking, TV, BBQ); - baby gear (crib, stroller, high chair, toys); - reception service and information on activities and tourist sites in the area, suggested based on the personal interests of our guests. - a small necessaire in the kitchen with tea, coffee, spices and condiments, kitchen equipment. Other things to note SWIMMING POOL ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS OF THE PROPERTY IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 05/01/22 and 09/30/22 Available services must be requested at the time of booking (BBQ, TV, high chairs and cribs). Please note that pets are not allowed inside the premises; the apartments are unsuitable for the disabled due to the presence of some steps.
