The space The apartment consists of a large living room with access to a terrace, a separate kitchen with a laundry room to wash and dry clothes, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 190 by 150 cm bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub inside the bedroom, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed so that 3 people can sleep. Guest access You can go downtown in a pleasant 20-minute walk. There is also a bus stop two minutes from the apartment, with a frequency of 15 minutes. There is also a taxi stand on the same street as the building. You can park on the street without any problem if you wish, and you can also park in the private parking lot available in the apartment, in the same building and with direct elevator access from the apartment. Other things to note The building has a community pool available during the summer, a children's park and a paddle tennis court.
