Penthouse in Bettystown Family Room

My apartment is the penthouse and has magnificent views. It has 3 bedrooms one of which is my own. The apartment is modern, fresh clean and very well maintained. The apartment has a large wrap around balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the mornings while taking in the views. The apartment is located right above a Tesco convenience store. It is close to the beach, bus stop, bars and bistros ! It is a great location, with great ambience and amazing views ! The space The guests are welcome to make Tea and Coffee in the kitchen throughout their stay. They are welcome to bring back a take away and eat it in the kitchen if they wish. They are more than welcome to watch television in the sitting area. Guest access Guests , can use their room, access to the kitchen for continental breakfast provided by me for tea or coffee making or light snacks in the evening During your stay I am as available to interact with the guests as much or little as desired by them, I am a very sociable person, and I am quite knowledgeable of the area and Irish history and heritage in general. I have a passion for music and film. I am good conversationalist, however I also respect guests privacy if they just want quiet time. Other things to note Bettystown is very accessible by public transport. It is also a seaside town. It is close to the historical site of Newgrange and mellifont Abbey, the site of the Battle of the Boyne, and St Peters church in Drogheda which showcases Oliver Plunketts Head.
