The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification. The space Milkpan Farm is situated on the outskirts of Godshill village, this beautiful 1-bedroom bungalow will sleep up to 2 guests. The accommodation comprises of a comfortable, open plan, fully fitted modern kitchen/lounge/diner, leading to the double bedroom, shower room and rear garden. At the front of the property is a large parking area, the porch is the perfect place to park your bike or leave your muddy boots. The garden has comfortable furniture where you can eat or relax. There are many foot/cycle paths to explore the scenic countryside. It’s a perfect romantic break for 2 or ideal for walking holidays, with easy access to the local footpaths, all providing panoramic views. Surrounded by fields but only a 5-minute walk to the local pub, or 15-minute walk into the heart of Godshill village. You will be at complete peace with only the sound of the birds, horses, sheep and cows! An excellent base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight. This is a great central location for a quiet relaxing holiday or for exploring all that the Isle of Wight has to offer. The accommodation is attached to the side of our main house with off road parking, it has been professionally and luxuriously fitted with high quality furnishings. There is a new open plan fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living/dining room, bedroom with a double-sized bed and its own suite shower room. The Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, utensils and appliances including a microwave, fridge for food and drink storage. Toaster, kettle and Nescafe coffee pod machine. You will have use of an iron, ironing board. Fresh semi skimmed milk and bottled water is complimentary for your arrival, as is tea and coffee. There is an attractive small garden where you can eat, enjoy a glass of wine, sit in the sun or just simply relax and you might be lucky to see wild pheasants, partridges and the local garden birds. You could be fortunate to see squirrels who are often seen up the lane running through the trees and hedges. WIFI code will be available upon arrival. Guest access Access through your own front entrance into your accommodation, there is a door to the rear of the property to access the private garden. Please note: There is a barn conversion nearing completion next door, which hopefully will be finished very soon. Guest access Access to your accomodation is to the right hand-side of the property, where you can park your car.
