The villa also has a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room (seats 19), a sitting room with an open fire (seats 8), a second sitting room (seats 6), entrance conservatory (seats 4), a basement laundry/ drying room and a storage shed. Outside there is ample off road parking for 6 cars, lockable bike storage and an enclosed, lawned garden to the rear and a lawned garden to the front with furniture.
