If you are looking for the perfect getaway for 2 people, look no further. We would love to welcome you to our modern and private self-contained studio that is located on the ground level of our home - but completely separate to our home. We are perfectly located, with Elizabeth Beach and Wallis Lake within short walking distance. Shelly, Boomerang and Blueys beach are only a further 2 minute drive up the road. The space The studio has a separate entrance, queen sized separate bedroom, modern bathroom, separate lounge area with large TV, access to your own private covered deck with dining table and BBQ in a beautiful private garden setting, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. For coffee lovers, we provide a coffee plunger however please bring your own ground coffee beans or you can also buy coffee beans from the local cafe. All is on ground level, so no stairs to contend with, except for one step between the bedroom and lounge room. We provide your basic amenities including all linen (such as sheets, bedding, tea towels, bath towels and beach towels), toilet paper, soaps, body wash, shampoo / conditioner, hair dryer, tea, instant coffee, sugar and other various pantry items - just to name a few! We also provide free Wi-Fi internet connection and Netflix. Guest access Guests have the entire private studio and private outdoor undercover deck area to use. Other things to note We do not have laundry facilities available however if you are planning an extended stay (over 5 nights), we can assist with laundry or provide some options for you.
