No daily towel replacement service. Extra towels are available upon request with additional charges.
 ✅ The cleaning fee is a one-time charge per check-out. No daily cleaning service is provided, including for long stays.
 ✅ Any cleaning or room service request will be charged based on the cleaning fee listed on Airbnb (available daily from 12pm–4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, with at least 1 day's notice). 
 ✅ Any unremovable stains, damages, or signs of smoking found after check-out will be charged accordingly as special cleaning or replacement costs, which are not covered under the cleaning fee. 
 ✅ Please bring your own universal adapter and laundry detergent.
 ✅ Netflix and YouTube accounts are not provided. Guests must log in using their own accounts.
 ✅ Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards; check-out is before 11AM.
Check-out after 12PM is subject to unit availability and will be charged at RM30 per hour. Please check with our customer service in advance for availability first.

 ✅ No decorations should be stuck on the walls. Any damage may result in a repair or compensation fee (subject to assessment)
 ✅ Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen only. Please take note, we are using an induction cooker here. 🚫 Strictly no deep frying of food! Extra cleaning costs will be charged to guests who deep-fried/cook curry/ oily food in the apartment.
