Ayubowan, my name is Upul De Silva and I want to welcome you at my Windsurf/kiteboarding ECO-resort here in Kalpitiya! I´m 4 times windsurf champion of Sri Lanka and it was always my dream to run my own surfschool at the best spot in my home country one day, so thtat I may share my passion with others. Today, I m happy to run the largest Kite- and Windsurf Center in all Sri Lanka, at hotspot Kalpitiya Lagoon. The space The accommodation is located directly at the kitesurf spot, i.e. you can observe the wind conditions from the Upper Deck Chillout Lounge and is always ready to start with the right kite / sail size from the resort. The rooms are simple but in the local surfing style. Guests feel particularly comfortable thanks to our friendly staff who always try to make your stay at DE SILVA Windresort as pleasant as possible.
