Our newly built apartments have ample outdoor space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The space This listing is for one first floor two bedroom apartment ('Serenity Apartment'), which is part of the Green Stone Villas property. The whole two floor Green Stone Villas property consists of 4 individual and completely private apartments. Please note that the pool is a shared one among the 4 apartments. This first floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, as following: 1st Bedroom: one double bed 2nd bedroom: two single beds, which can be placed either side by side or one on top of the other (as a bunk bed). Living room: a double sofa bed A baby cot is also available upon request. Guest access This apartment is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens on all windows • TVs • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels An ample outdoor garden with plenty of space for kids to play and outdoor seating areas are also available (shared among the guests of the whole property). Please note that the pool is a shared one among the 4 apartments. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time mean: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
