This renovated king bedroom duplex pool home is located on a quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square / Pier area. Inside, an open concept living area features a living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV, dining area and a fantastic, well equipped kitchen. Rent the second side for a discounted price during slow season and have one large two king bedroom unit. This unit has 2 single sofa beds sleeping 4 if needed. The King bedroom has a flat screen TV. The couch in the living room folds out to sleep one more people, sleeping 3 total on this side. There is a lock out door which can be open to the other side which sleeps 4 making the whole home sleep 7 total. If you book both sides the second side is half price except during season and holidays. Sunshine Cove is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.
