The villa is completely furnished and decorated with original lights and furniture, each one restored and given to a second life. In the garden there is a panoramic swimming pool with beach, shore and underwater sitting areas, a big barbecue for summer parties, a greenhouse where to see plants growing up, a fresh pinewood to have a rest after swimming. Walking trough the fields passing by the orchards, the vegetable garden, the olives, the apiary, you'll reach the wood where there is a walnut grove close to a natural pond coming from a spring. The property consists of a main house and if needed 2 dependances: the number of people it can host goes from 2 to a maximum of 22. This makes it ideal for families or a group of friends. On the second floor there is a master bedroom and two other bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom; a lounge area where you can sit on the sofa watching the tv or reading a book. From the second floor you can also reach the tower where you will enjoy a stunning view of the valley. Just outside the house there is a pergola covered area to dine or relax yourself. Just a short walk from the house, in the heart of the garden, you will find a natural pool overlooking a breathtaking landscape, surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers and a covered place for the hottest hours. Close to the swimming pool there is a small house with a sauna, a shower and a toilet. Other outdoors amenities include a big barbecue with a dining area and a bowling green.
