The space ☀️1. THE VIEW: Jasmine's House is the entire large building at Doi Can. And a little steps worths to go out your studio and into the lift. Every morning, the sunlight and breeze come through the Terrace, which is just ideal for morning coffee and tea. Either leaning over the patio or sitting on the couch, you might find it interesting to know how an normal day at Doi Can goes. ☀️2. THE LOCATION: ● Doi Can street is more like a quiet alley. But It is very easy to reach the heart of the city at any time. Also, plenty of restaurants, ATMs, cafeterias and groceries stores that local people frequent are within walking distance. ● Local shops and eateries are right at our doorstep, around there are many vermicelli, pho, sticky rice, but it's so cheap and delicious (about prices range from 20.000 VND to 50.000 VND). ● For you to have better experience when discovering Doi Can we would like to recommend some destinations listed (In the picture and overview) ☀️3. THE DESIGN: ● Jasmine house is located in an alley. It is designed in the style of italia However, entering the homestay you will find a rather modern interior design which keeps you feel comfortable enough to stay. The property has 02 bedroom, 01 living room with internet TV, 1 bathrooms and 01 separate kitchen. The place can accomodate up to 5 guests (if the 5th guest is willing to sleep on the couch). One of the most beautiful part of Jasmine's house is the patio, again. It's heading the East so it has plenty of sunlight in the morning. It will give you a sence of comfort even in the highly populated place in Hanoi. ● Separate bedroom with large, airy windows with 3 different views, will give you a panoramic view of the bustling neighborhood in Hanoi even when you are in the bedroom. ● Moreover, there are views on the stairs ^^ === I think it will not make you disappointed about the view of this duplex !! === ☀️4. YOUR SPACE: ● This lovely is 70-square-meter room with beams of light through windows. ● The duplex room has 2 bedrooms including a separate bedroom (with door lock) with 02 comfortable double-sized bed. ● The duplex has smart TV. ● Your balcony overlooks the road, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the pedestrians on the road, the laughter of children on the road, the happiness radiating to the whole neighborhood, ... ● The room also includes a strong WiFi connection, a private ice-cold air conditioning unit, and a refrigerator for keeping those drinks ice-cold. ☀️5. LIVING LIKE A LOCAL: ● Staying with us you will learn how to live like a real Vietnamese. We are in the thick of Hanoi’s West Lake where streetside eateries and coffee shops abound. At night the streets come to life with even more eateries and night markets popping up to serve the masses of people looking to do some shopping and to share a meal with friends and family. Only at around 3am will the streets start to grow quiet. If you’re still awake at this time you can enjoy a quiet stroll among the beautiful empty streets, only to see them explode with life again when the daylight comes! ● Surrounded by the most friendly neighbours, with the best local noodle stalls right in front of the lane, you will be taken care from head to toe, from a perfect sleeping time to a pleasant experience. ☀️7. SAFELY: ● We are located in a very safe area of town and walking around is encouraged - even if you arrive home late from a night out. Guest access * The flat is yours during your stays and you can use all of things in your flat. * Beside, you access: - In the 1st floor We always be here to support for you 24/7 - Also 1st floor has working space with wifi or meeting guest. - ALso it has washing machine and garage for parking - The lift is available so you don't need to climb stairs - Security comes at night to take care the building. - Camera from outside, inside, lobby and all corridors. Other things to note 1/ ABOUT THE PRICE: Please be noted that for long term booking, the price is not included electricity fee (4000đ/KW), water fee (100,000đ/person/month), building management fee (100,000đ/person/month). Dryer (20,000 VND/use). The price is not included 10% VAT, if you want to get the VAT bill, we will surcharge 10%. We also require a deposit of 100$ for your stay to guarantee that you keep the room in good conditions until you leave :) - Cleaning room: 1 times/week: $20/month 2 times/week: $40/month 3 times/week: $50/month 6 times/week: $100/month YOUR ROOM IS DUPLEX WITH 1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 SINGLE BED. 2/ The check in and check out times are not strict; if we do not have another guest booked to arrive or leave on the same day any time that day will be fine. You can check-in any time after 2PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. 3/ Parking area is inside the building 4/ Smoking is not allowed in your room. Please smoke on the rooftop on the 7th floor. 5/ You don't need to worry about inviting friends for organizing a party. But please lower the volume after 10pm.
