Our cozy apartments are located in a quiet and centrally located classic Viennese old building in the 2nd district very close to the 1st district, the Prater and Danube Canal and Danube Island. The apartments are newly renovated and lovingly furnished to make you feel at home. The space Our apartments are located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a renovated old building. The apartments are about 34-39 m2 and offer an anteroom, a living room, a double bed bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. Behind insulated windows, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a modern equipped kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and many beautiful, new furniture hides an old building apartment that feels its charm. Apartment category includes several units that may differ in details and location in the house. The apartment is allocated based on availability – however, we will gladly endeavor to allocate the preferred apartment type if available, provided we are notified in good time. Guest access You will have the full apartment for yourself. Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with the access code to the house and apartment. This gives you 24/7 access and allows you to freely decide when to come and go. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with fresh linens, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort. There is also a small supply of coffee and tea as a welcome drink in the kitchen. Guests with a long stay will be provided with the necessary amenities upon request. Please note that air conditioning is only in operation in summer from mid-June to August. Please note that the kitchen has cooking utensils no salt, pepper or oil is provided. Please note that additional requests such as early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
