After traveling the world and utilizing this beautiful neighborhood as our home base, my wife and I are excited to open up our home to travelers with an itch to soak up local culture. Whether you're looking to kick it by the beach, explore our beautiful parks and bike trails, or are currently working up an appetite for the area's dozens of regionally accredited restaurants and breweries, you've officially found your southern Delaware vacation headquarters! The space Our space has everything needed for the best stay possible! Please check through the full list of amenities before inquiring as we work hard to keep this as up to date as possible! Guest access Our condo is located on the second floor and there is plenty of free parking on either side of the building for up to 3-4 cars. Other things to note *Check-in* You will receive a unique check-in code for keyless access to the unit with all check-in and check-out info in the day or two leading up to your arrival. Amenities Just wanted to make sure you are bringing your own towels, linens, pillows, blankets and anything else you feel you may need. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, and all of your kitchen essentials. If you have any questions, please let us know. *Early Check-In / Late Check-Out* At this time, we are not offering early check-ins or late check-outs as we use our cleaning window to make sure the space is 100% germ free and so that we can ensure you have everything you need to have the best stay possible. We appreciate your understanding. *Elevator/Stairs* There is no elevator on property so please take note of this when considering a stay in our space. We are located on the third floor and there are about 25 steps up to our door from the ground floor. *Pool* Great news! The community pool is open to all guests this summer! Please use the key fobs located within the unit to access the pool and use the name on your reservation when signing in! Please also be sure to read the pool rules before entering. *Pets* We’re truly sorry that NO pets are allowed for this property because of HOA’s new rules
