Comfortable Studio near Weta Cave

Private, clean & warm studio. Comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area. Dining table/desk. Trundler bed on request. NO KITCHEN but microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided. Street parking. Off street parking on request. Medium friendly house trained dogs welcome, $25 per booking. Dogs cannot be left for more than 2 hrs. Add pets to the booking. Our friendly medium sized dog has free range of the shared fenced back yard & barks to greet arriving guests. The space The entrance door opens into the main area which consists of a queen bed, kitchenette, couch, TV and dining table that doubles as a desk for work. A trundler bed is available for a 3rd person and/or as the second bed. This is generally placed where the fold down dining table is located, making the table unavailable. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Shampoo, body wash and hair dryer. The kitchenette consists of toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Crockery and cutlery for 3 people. Teas, coffee breakfast cereal and milk. There are NO cooking facilities other than the microwave.
