This NITB cert. house is located in the beautiful resort of Portstewart. Portstewart Golf Club, home of the Irish Open 2017 is less than a mile away. A 15 min stroll takes you to the fabulous Portstewart Strand or to the Promenade with its shops, bars and restaurants. The house is just over 4 miles from Portrush and therefore ideally situated for those wishing to attend the British Open. Ulsterbus will be running a service every 10 minutes from Portstewart to Portrush during Open week. The space This tourist Board Certified house is bright and well maintained. It is used frequently as a weekend getaway for us and therefore is well equipped and stocked with useful items.There is ample parking for 2+ cars and it has an enclosed back yard with garden table and seating, an outdoor fire pit and a gas bbq. Inside on the ground floor there is a new modern kitchen, utility and lounge, master bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, 2 further bedrooms plus a bathroom with bath, toilet and electric shower. Upstairs there is a further twin room, a small room containing extra fridge and tumble dryer plus a 5th bedroom that is used to store owners belongings and therefore will be out of use.
