The back yard is decked and fenced on ground level for small children. there is an outside shower and a storage shed with bikes, umbrellas and beach chairs. which you can use at your own risk. The home is comfortably decorated and has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation including full washer and dryer. This house is 0.8 miles from the beach and adults can walk in 20 minutes. Biking is easy and the Bethany Beach shuttle offers a free ride to the beach! Two parking passes for beach parking are included. You can buy weekly pool passes for 2 pools, tennis and pickle ball. Please, no groups of young people under 21!
