Bryngwyn Annexe is a lovely two bedroom property situated in Ynyslas. The property consists of an open plan kitchen/living area with separate wc on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with 1 single and 1 double. The modern bathroom provides a bath with shower over. Externally the property benefits from a private patio area and private off road parking The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive to Borth and 10 minute drive to Aberystwyth. The space The annexe provides a comfortable and cosy coastal retreat for (up to) 5 people. The cost of the annexe is £120 per night for up to 4 sharing and £10 extra per additional person per night. Other things to note The property is an annexe adjoining our main family home. We are a family of 6 with 4 young children. You will hear some noise transference but we have put insulation in place to improve this.
