Ahimsa Beach Townhouse across the rd to the beach

Our lovely beach house is located across the road from the beautiful Belongil beach on a quiet no through street. Take a 2 minute walk to theTreehouse Restaurant or a gentle 15 minute walk along the beach to the centre of Byron. We welcome families and small groups. Our property is not appropriate as a party venue and is best suited to groups who wish to have a quiet relaxing break. We provide a port-a-cot for babies, as well as 3 bicycles for quick trips along the path into town. The space There are 9 units in our very quiet and private block, which backs away from the street. We have a designated undercover car park and there is also 3 visitor parking spaces. There are balconies outside the bedrooms and a beautiful sunny private courtyard with table and chairs. The complex has a shared swimming pool with lounges for sun-baking. (no swimming and outside noise after 9.30pm). There is also a shared barbecue area by the pool which requires cleaning after each use. Guest access You have the full and sole use of the whole 2 floors of the townhouse, and use of the shared pool and BBQ area, and included parking. Other things to note *Respect for our neighbours and property are of utmost importance. There is a no noise policy outside after 9.30pm. * the pool area should not be used after 9.30pm. *Please let me know of any damages or repairs which may need attention. *Beach towels are not provided unless by special request at extra fee. *Please ensure all dishes are cleaned and dishwasher set before vacating. *Please ensure all rubbish has been placed in the outside bins near the visitor parking. *An extra fee will be deducted from security deposit if property is not kept and left satisfactorily.
