The space The living room concerto windows open completely to a large terrace balcony with dining table, sun-lounge and a hanging egg chair to relax and listen to the sound of the waves... you can take the spiral staircase (or the lift) to your private rooftop terrace and private Jacuzzi, and also to the common pool area which has magnificent views on Mount Coolum, especially at sunset! The apartment feels very private and has luxury amenities like Gaggenau oven, double fridge and dishwasher, and is very well equipped for the chef in you! The second balcony at the back has a large gas BBQ and drying racks, and provide cross ventilation so you won't be too hot, and there is aircon as well in all rooms. There are 3 coffee shops within 100 meters... walk along the beach to Marcoola Surf club for a beer with views or bite to eat, or even to Bulli Italian restaurant for the best pizzas. For the cycling enthusiasts, there are 93kms of tracks at the front door as well, all along the coast, very safe for families. Friday nights Marcoola markets are great for families so you can get your dinner there and enjoy a picnic at the park or beach.
