My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space A 3 bedroom townhouse with no common walls. We are set at the rear of the complex with an undercover car port. A seperate laundry with a second bathroom & toilet. 2 balconies, one overlooking the pool & the other looking out over the tree tops of the Avoca bowl. Guest access You will have exclusive access of the carport with steps down to the pool (which is shared between the 3 townhouses in the complex). Once at our place there is no need to jump into your car for the rest of your stay, as we are close to the beach, resturants & the Avoca village shops. Registration Details PID-STRA-2545
