Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families. The space The lodge is warm and cosy, with each room having its own controlled underfloor heating, well equipped kitchenette. oven and hob. The 2 double bedrooms are well appointed and both look out onto the private woodlands at the back, they can both be kingsize or the second bedroom can also split into 2 singles as needed. There is guest parking for up to 4 cars at the side of the lodge Guest access The lodge is self contained and backs onto its own private woodlands of 2 acres Other things to note We now have wifi access in the lodge but it’s not quick enough for streaming films It is noted elsewhere but we have an unfenced pond on the site Also please note we are not insured for children under 12 in the hot tub, and 12- 16 need to be supervised by an adult We are a rural setting with no local taxis, the nearest train station Hamstreet being 3 miles away, this being a village station there are no taxis, Ashford which is 10 miles away is a mainline station and does have taxis available
