The sunny room with private garden and bathroom is a 40m2, luxury place in a former printing factory in the historical centre of Amsterdam with everything of interest within a short walk. For example: - Central station (8 minutes) - UNESCO world heritage canal ring - The famous museums - The Anne Frank house etc. A wonderful and bright place on the ground floor with lots of privacy for two persons with the possibility for two extra beds. The space The apartment is perfect for a couple, three adults or a small family when we offer two extra beds. There is a small fridge, and you can make your own coffee and tea. Even though you are in the middle of the city center, the location of the room is very safe, quiet and picturesque. You could say it's a "local" experience in a comfortable environment. Guest access It is an apartment / room in my house on the ground floor with a private garden. The garden is only for guests. The apartment is a living / bedroom with private bathroom and toilet. It is a very safe quiet place in a very nice little street, also for children! During your stay In the new 1.5-meter economy, we adhere to a thorough cleaning protocol. In this way we create a safe environment for our guests and ourselves. Other things to note We respect our neighbors.
