LA IVAN Guesthouse is located in Smida, on the bank of Somesul Cald; it is rented for at least 2 nights and cottage regime; it has 5 rooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 terraces (2 indoor and one outdoor closed with double glazing - place where you can make kettle and grill), hot water tub and Jacuzzi, playground for children and heat in the floor. The tub is not included in the price, it is 600 lei/two consecutive days.
