Description
Discover the charm of our large studio with mezzanine, located in the pretty little hamlet of Giovanacce, in Morsiglia, in the tip of Cap Corse. You will discover the charm of these old houses, attached to each other, clinging to the mountain, with sea views and guaranteed sunsets! The space Our accommodation is a large 50 m2 studio located on the ground floor of an old house in the hamlet of Giovanacce, on the side of the mountain. It consists of a living room with a seating area and sofa bed, dining area and fireplace. A staircase provides access to the mezzanine which includes a double bed and 1 pull-out bed with 2 beds. At the top of the stairs, we find the fully equipped kitchen, the toilet and the small bathroom with shower and sink. We have renovated it to allow you to be as comfortable as possible despite the age of the place. The hamlet is completely pedestrian, two parking lots are available, one before the hamlet and another after, along the road. Going down to the village, you will find a convenience store, a gas station and a bar/restaurant (at Marc's). Going down to the sea, about 15 minutes away, you will find the charming little port of Centuri, its restaurants and its beach. Scuba diving possible in Mute, right next door, with the Bleu Marine Compagnie club. Several hiking trails are also available to climb the ridges and enjoy the 360-degree view. Guest access It is possible to "colonize" the municipal bench located just in front of the house and install the garden table with the armchairs to enjoy the view at every meal: sea, sunset and even the French coast if the weather permits. A space with a clothesline is available on a small terrace at the bottom, with the agreement of the neighbor. Registration Details 2B170000004NB
