The open spaces have been designed for living in conviviality and well-being. The location of this apartment is also convenient. There are nearby shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, etc.), and you do not need to drive in Biarritz as a free shuttle is at the end of the street (1 minute walk) to take you to the city center and the beach in less than 10 minutes. This apartment consists of: - An open kitchen leading to the dining area and living room; - A dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people; - A living room with a large leather sofa and a flat-screen TV; - A bathroom with a bathtub; - A separate toilet; - Three sleeping areas: 1 closed bedroom on the ground floor, 2 open sleeping areas in the triplex.
