Perelik house is situated in the beautiful town of Smolyan - right in the heart of Rhodopa mountain. This two floor family house will make you feel comfortable and warm and will give that feeling of home when you plan your visit in Bulgaria. The space Perelik House is a family house, built with a lot of imagination and love. It has everything you search for - comfort, coziness, breathtaking views and that feeling of home that makes the house just the perfect choice for your vacation. The house is a two floor bulding consisted of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a green yard with bbq. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a big waredrobe, tv with satelite channels, and a stunning view to the mountain tops. There`s a baby cot available in that bedroom if you have a little one with you. The second bedroom - a double bed and a single bed, waredrobe, tv with satelite channels and the same stunning view to the mountains. There`s a bathroom on the same floor. On the other floor there is a big kitchen with all you need to feel at home - oven with stove, a big fridge, all the kitchen utensils you need - plates, glasses, knives etc. There`s also a dining table with chairs. On the same floor you`ll find the living room with a sofa bed and 2 extra chairs, a big flat screen tv with satelite channels and a grate view to the yard thanks to the big french windows. Theres a second bathroom on that floor and a closet with duster, broom and other usefull things for the home. In the yard there is a bbq where you can make something delicious while the kids enjoy the green grass :) There is a free parking for 2 cars in front of the house. Perelik house is fully equipped with sheets, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
