NapsugárVilla provides a real luxury relaxation with its exclusive, minimal design style of 250 m2 and stunning panorama of Budapest. Its outdoor 5x9 meter heated pool is suitable for use from April to October. Indoors: 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room. The living room opens onto a 60 m2 covered terrace. On the basement level there is a jacuzzi for 8 people, sauna with separate bath and toilet. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire building! The space It is located in Fót, Királydomb. Budapest city center 17 km by car. Hungaroring, Mogyoród Aqua Park, Aqua World is 10 minutes by car. Fóti Somlyó excursion site, Fáy Press House 5 minutes by car. Gödöllő Castle 15 minutes by car. Walking 2 streets "under" the house Divine restaurant !!! ( Cocco Mio ) Liszt Ferenc Airport is 35 minutes by car. Great shopping opportunities: ( Auchan, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Obi ) 10-15 minutes by car. Other things to note In the case of a long-term stay in the house, there is a MINIMAL surface cleaning once a week in the morning, plus toilet paper placement and towel, linen change. It's included in the price! You don't have to pay extra for it. The villa can be used for relaxation... guests are allowed to have a barbecue, talk on the terrace, relax in the pool. But because of our experience so far, we can't rent the house for one-day parties anymore! In the house, the sewage pump does not process anything other than toilet paper. Therefore, no tampons, pads or wet wipes should be thrown into the toilet!!! In fact, it's strictly forbidden! The fault in the sewer occurs immediately at the sewage pump (the instrument indicates the fault), the leakage causes visible damage in the basement, so the cleaning and restoration costs of the pump are paid by the guest. The cost of this is 100,000 HUF.
