The space This lovely shared room is modernly decorated and strategically located in quartier OCEAN RABAT near the famous touristic areas , such as " Oudaya Kasbah , Hassan Tower, Rabat's Old Medina, ... " You will enjoy a breath-taking sunset from every corner of the apartment, with an outstanding Atlantic Seaview all day. Decorated with taste. This appt is located right in front of the ocean, near shops and restaurants. It’s also only a 10 minute-walk from 'Kasbah' , 'Old Medina' and the beach. The building has no elevator this is a two bedrooms apartment with a private room only. other spaces are shared with the person occupying the second room. Please note that items such as gas, toilet paper, kitchen soap, and laundry detergent are provided only upon check-in. For long-term stays, significant utilities like electricity and water are included in the rent, but restocking smaller consumables is typically the guest’s responsibility after the initial supply. Thank you for your understanding! The city is undergoing construction, so you may hear some noise during the day in the neighborhood. The WiFi is basic, good for browsing and emails but not ideal for heavy streaming or remote work. you can also get a local sim card and use it as hotspot during your stay. For stays longer than 1 month, electricity and water are not included and must be paid separately. the electric curtain in the room is not working at the moment Guest access guest can access literally everything in the apartment During your stay I am only a phone call away, guests can contact me in reasonable working hours in case they need to ask me for something. Maintenance Policy: If something needs to be fixed, please allow 24-48 hours for a technician to be scheduled. Technicians do not have exact appointment times but typically arrive between 2-5 PM or 6-9 PM. If you prefer to be present, we can schedule repairs on Sundays. Otherwise, we may request that you leave a key for access. Other things to note Transportation by taxi is very affordable and the area is close to everything In preparation for your stay we kindly ask you to provide us with two informations. As authorities require to keep some of that information: 1 - Please fill out this CHECKIN form and sign it via YOUR PHONE not computer : 2- Send us a picture of either Passport ( for International Citizen) or C.I.N ( For Moroccan Citizen) via this platform. (We only need a picture of identification of ONE person that confirmed the reservation.) Once the form has been filled out, you will get the access codes in a separate message on the day of arrival.
