A private annex apartment, “a perfect retreat”

Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex. The space The kitchen at Titchfield Views is stocked with all the basics that we think you’ll need, including various breakfast items, please let us know of any special requests or dietary requirements. Guest access There are 3 steps with a hand rail to the main annex entrance. The Annex will be all yours during your stay, for guest staying longer than 7 days the washing machine and dryer in the main house is available. Guests staying for 7+ nights will have their linen/towels changed during the stay. There are no extra cleaning charges. Other things to note The bedroom does have room to accommodate a small child’s bed, however we ask you to confirm with us first if this is suitable, we do have a pond and a raised decking area. We have a young dog on the premises so ask if gates could be kept closed at all times please.
