Small house of 35 m2 constituting an outbuilding of our home, including: living room, equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The property also includes a pellet stove and reversible air conditioning in the bedroom. Access to the garden to eat or relax. Possibility to park your car in the courtyard. Bus stop in front of the house for the train station in 8 mins and Châtelet in 30 mins. The green flow is at the bottom of the garden. The space Linens are provided. If necessary, a baby bed can be provided but we are not equipped with sheets for the travel cot. The accommodation has been completely renovated. In particular, we have installed insulation for your comfort in summer and winter.
