Welcome to ISLANDER AT BAWLEY POINT, a recently renovated, relaxed beach house, just 200m away from two of Bawley’s pristine beaches. Perfect for a family getaway, ISLANDER is located in a quiet street, nestled between the beautiful Gannet & Murramurang Beaches. With its two large light filled living areas and spacious wrap around decks on both the ground and first floors, this contemporary beach house offers plenty of room to relax, escape or simply enjoy good times with family and friends. The space ISLANDER AT BAWLEY POINT is the perfect place to unwind and getaway. The main kitchen, living and dining areas are located on the first floor. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & Nespresso Coffee Machine. Two bedrooms are situated on this level, offering 1 x Queen Bed & 2 x King Singles, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. The Ground Floor also has two bedrooms offering 1 x Queen Bed & 2 x Single Bunk Beds. Here you will also find a small kitchenette (with bar fridge, sink, microwave & toaster), large living area, bathroom and laundry. Large sliding doors open out to a partially covered deck on the first floor with a large timber table, seating up to 10 people. A smaller more private deck also opens out from the kitchen area with a gas BBQ and smaller seating. Access to the downstairs deck is from the large grassed lawn area that surrounds the house. Here an outdoor shower is located, ideal to wash off the salt and sand after a surf or day at the beach. Relax in the hammock or play a game of cricket or footy with the kids on the large grassed area that surrounds the house.
